The city of Cologne lies around 15 km / 9 miles north-west of Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN), with Bonn also being nearby, around 20 km / 12 miles to the south-west. Both cities have much to offer in the way of accommodation, with a mixture of chain hotels, family run guest houses and B&Bs.
Hotels in Cologne are spread all over the city and many are geared towards the numerous business travellers attending the city's regular trade fairs and other events.
